Job Description:
As a seasoned Estimator at Insight Global, you will be responsible for managing additional estimating workload. This role requires expertise in electrical and cabling industries, with a strong understanding of project estimation and cost analysis.
Main Duties:
- Creating detailed cost estimates for electrical and cabling projects
- Examining project requirements and specifications
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate estimates
- Reviewing and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
- Maintaining and updating cost databases and estimation tools
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of estimating experience (preferably in electrical or cabling industries)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- RCDD Certification (Registered Communications Distribution Designer)
- Relevant degree
Desirable Skills:
- Outstanding analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with estimation software and tools
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Compensation Package:$34-38 / hr depending on experience.
