Senior Finance Manager

Position: Senior Finance Manager

Duration: 6-month C2H

Location: Altamonte and office will be moving to Maitland

Hours: M-F 8:00 AM-5:30 PM (onsite M-T and Friday remote)

Pay Rate: $130,000 -$150,000 (depending on years of experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Must-Haves:

• Accounting principals and month-end close experience
• Basic finance and accounting knowledge (4 years preferred, but not required)
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (MBA, MHA, CPA preferred, but not required)
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required if the candidate has worked for other large enterprise companies
• Reporting KPI's with 50 plus business lines
• Culture fit is HUGE (time management, teamwork mentality, naturally curious)
• Peoplesoft or Workday experience (a plus)
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau

Day-to-Day:

This individual will work directly with the Director of Finance, dedicating their time across three business units: primary care, Well-65, and ACO. They will allocate 50% of their time to primary care, 30% to Well-65, and 10% to ACO. Their responsibilities will include significant involvement in month-end close processes and basic finance and accounting tasks within these units. Initially, they will not have direct reports, but due to the team's growth, they will eventually take on direct reports. They will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and their direct reports for oversight.
