Job OverviewInsight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior FPGA and RF Design Engineer with 8 years of experience to join our team. This role will involve working on multiple product lines, leading small teams, and collaborating with hardware engineers in a lab setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing hardware solutions for technical products
- Aiding in schematic capture, circuit card design, FPGA hardware and firmware design, and embedded microcontroller design
- Creating, maintaining, and following Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications, and test procedures for circuit card assemblies and system integration
- Contributing to and ensuring the completion of milestones associated with specific projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8 years of experience in electrical engineering design
- Experience with VHDL is required; Xilinx and/or Altera FPGAs are also necessary
- Ability to obtain a U.S. secret clearance is mandatory
Salary and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, DCFSA, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees are entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
