Job Title: Detail Piping Designer
Location: Shipbuilding Industry, U.S. Navy
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Piping Design Engineer to design piping diagrams and designs in 3D and 2D AutoCad, ensuring NAVSEA compliance in Navis, ShipConstructor, and AutoCad.
Responsibilities:
- Design piping systems and specs for the Navy contract
- Ensure drawings meet Navy Specs and are approved for the build process
- Collaborate with Senior 3D Checker to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Background in the maritime shipbuilding industry
- Experience designing piping systems as a prime on a Navy contract
