The Senior Marine Industry Recruiter (Senior Recruiter) is a strategic talent acquisition professional responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes for shipboard Marine positions, including specialized, hard-to-fill, and leadership roles. This position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best global talent to support marine operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and operational excellence. The Senior Recruiter provides expertise on global labor markets, pipeline optimization, and sourcing strategies while partnering closely with leadership to meet shipboard staffing needs effectively and sustainably.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources and / or business administration from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years relevant recruitment experience
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve complex problems with a variety of variables.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and report relevant finding.
- Strong project management and time management skills required.
