About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer to lead our team on large projects. As a Mechanical Designer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects from layout to as-builts.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of designers on large projects such as medical facilities, semiconductor plants, and data centers.
- Monitors project deadlines and ensures deliverables are met.
- Represents the company at all project parties and attends in-person meetings with owners, general contractors, and AHJs.
- Manages multiple designers to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Completes calculations, drawings, and specifications related to fire suppression and detection systems.
About You
You have 3 years of design experience using Revit and ~3-5 years of Mechanical/Plumbing QC Engineering experience. Experience in hospital, semiconductor, and data center projects is a plus.
