Senior Product Manager

Must Haves:

• Significant experience as BOTH a Digital Product Manager and Business Analyst
• Financial services industry background (Retirement products preferred)
• 5 years experience minimum
• Experience with hardware/product discovery
• Highly skilled BSA background required
• Technical requirements : JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Adobe Analytics

Plusses:

• SQL query proficiency (they have a data team they will be working with so don’t need to know the ins and outs of the data but would be a huge plus)
• Understanding of financial services regulations, specifically around Retirement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert in retirement distribution and RMDs, contributing to the development of the product strategy and vision.
• Drive product discovery and business analysis activities, including translating client needs into detailed requirements. Prepare essential documentation such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process maps, and use case models.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (Business, UX Design, UX Research, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Digital Product) to collaborate on product development to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our client base.
• Leverage research and data to gain valuable user insights, inform product decisions, and identify opportunities for future enhancements.
• Act as a versatile team member, contributing to various aspects of the product development process, from discovery and strategy to delivery and measurement.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively navigate complex challenges, and consistently deliver results.

Compensation:

$40/hr to $90/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
