Job Title: Senior Program Management Analyst
Job Summary: The Senior Program Management Analyst will play a critical role in managing and executing major Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs. The position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in program management, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as a commitment to the seven-year Inactivation Program. Candidates should bring strategic thinking, leadership skills, and enthusiasm for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Education:
- Preferred: BS/MS in Engineering or Program/Project Management.
- Acceptable: BS/MS in Business or Finance.
- PMP certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- DAWIA certification or education from Defense Acquisition University is desirable but not required.
- Nuclear experience is preferred, though Rad Worker qualifications are not necessary.
Experience Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in program management.
- Prior involvement in the execution of major DoD programs, with experience completing one or more major acquisition programs.
- Familiarity with NAVSEA contracts and depot-level ship maintenance is highly desirable.
Key Skillsets:
- Strong expertise in budget maintenance, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Experience with Earned Value Management and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Profit/Loss analysis and Annual Operating Plan development.
- Advanced scheduling skills, including Critical Path and Float schedule analysis.
- Labor forecasting and Resource Management proficiency.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office, including:
- Pivot tables, data filtering, and grouping.
- Labor plan vs. actual charting and analysis.
- Advanced data analysis abilities, with the capability to interpret trends and develop actionable insights.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
- Positive attitude and an unwavering work ethic.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
