Job Title: Service Desk Technician
Duration: 6 month contract, strong likelihood of extensions and potential for conversion to permanent
Location: Camden, NJ (hybrid 3 days onsite)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional helpdesk or service desk experience, ideally supporting a large company of internal end users
- Enterprise level Ticketing System Experience, password resets, cyber security protocols and processes, Active Directory, end user authentication/verification, and shared mailboxes
- Excellent communication, in person, and phone call customer service experience
- Basic LAN/ WAN and VPN troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work Sunday
Compensation:
$20/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
