Software Engineer - DoD Clearance Required

Insight Global is actively seeking cleared Software Engineering Professionals to support a mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) program. We have several exciting opportunities available for talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

• Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
• Clearance: Secret (with ability to obtain TS/SCI)
• Certification: IAT II equivalent - Security
• Education: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience in place of a degree.

Positions:

• Software Applications Test Engineer
• Technical Skills Needed:
• Software test knowledge and experience
• Agile development process experience
• Automated testing (unit testing, JUnit, Apache, Selenium, etc.)
• Software Systems Engineer
• Technical Skills Needed:
• Requirements, Specifications, Model-based systems engineering, CONOPS, DOORS
• Systems engineering processes and principles
• Common software development tools (git, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, Maven/Gradle, Eclipse)
• Software Engineer
• Technical Skills Needed:
• Java or C development, software testing, or integration
• Desired: Eclipse, git, Jenkins, Maven, Jira, Confluence, Linux scripting

Employment Details: These roles are long-term contract opportunities with Insight Global, lasting for the duration of employment. The program currently has 5 years of funding remaining, with potential for extension. We prioritize internal growth and have seen multiple promotions over the years.

Payment & Benefits: $50/hr - $80/hr [W2 hourly rate]. Pay is determined based on education and experience, with final rates set by the hiring teams. To avoid disqualification, please be transparent about your salary expectations. Benefits include 10 days PTO, 6 Federal Holidays, 2 days Sick Leave, Insurance benefits, and 401k throughout the contract.
