Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in the acquire-to-retire value stream end to end processes, procedures and technologies
- Experienced in the Aerospace & Defense industry and with domain knowledge in Construction Management, Building Information Modeling, Maintenance Management, Building Automation System, HVAC Optimization, Space Planning & Occupancy Management, Inventory Management, Lease Management, Capital Planning, MDM Governance, Cafeteria as a Service, Business Intelligence & Data Lake etc.
- Experienced in working with Business and IT Leadership in defining solution, data, & integration architecture strategies and roadmap for global deployments factoring in regional architecture considerations, mapped back to objectives and key results
- Experienced in defining and establishing end-state architectures with transitional architectures needed from the current state to realize the objectives.
- Familiarity with innovative Operational Technologies / solutions / capabilities related to real estate and facilities in the areas of optimization, AI/GenAI, IoT, sustainability, lean operations, automation, etc. and experienced in incorporating these into the functional architecture
- Familiarity with global & multi-site deployment of technologies such as ProCore, Corrigo, CoStar, BrainBox AI, ParkingLogix, etc. as well as integration back to procurement and order entry systems such as SAP Ariba, Maximo, etc.
- Experienced in onboarding (operationally including their tools & methods) vendors like JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.
- Familiarity with IT / solution methodologies & procedures: network & infrastructure, data management, integration, information security, solution development, deployment, sustainment, retirement, etc.
Salary : $70 - $80
