An employer is seeking to identify a Sr. / Lead Software Developer in the Charlotte, NC market. You will help lead the technical design, architecture and deployment solutions for an enterprise Call Center Application. This will be to help lead design, development and production efforts for this enterprise application. This is an end-to-end development opportunity.

Required Skills & Experience
8 years of Java 11 , Spring, Spring Boot Development
Experience with Kubernetes Deployments
Monitoring and Performance Optimization Experience (AppDynamics, DataDog etc)
Excellent verbal and written communicator (Will work with many peer teams and executive leadership)
Experience in High Volume Web Services / API Traffic - real-time / near-time data
Experience with Database design / development
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
