Job Description
Insight Global is sourcing for a Sr. Program Manager to join a public sector IT organization, within the Labor and Workforce Development organization. As the Sr. Program Manager, you will be overseeing a large scale unemployment program modernization, currently at phase 2 (UI online). The ideal candidate will have experience with financial reporting, establishing budget, raising risk properties, etc. As the Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with various vendors, driving business process improvements, releasing mission statements, etc. This role is hybrid onsite 2 days per week in Downtown Boston. The project is anticipated to be an 18 month contract with opportunities for extension.
Compensation: $100/hr. to $120/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
