Project Manager for Pharmaceutical Business Technology
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our top Pharmaceutical client's Business Technology organization. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of managing complex programs and prior experience with the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform.
The Veeva Vault PromoMats platform is used for content management and digital asset management in Digital Marketing and Copy Approval activities. Our client is currently undergoing a large modular content implementation that requires new features and integrations to the existing platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen to understand how business needs shape technology delivery. They will lead product demos with the business for each feature enhancement and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex programs and projects from initiation to closure.
- Leverage strong business acumen to drive technology delivery aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
- Lead product demos with the business for each feature enhancement.
- Ensure project success through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Project Management or Enterprise Release Management within the Pharmaceutical sector.
- Familiarity with Commercial Pharma IT Technology, including Content Management, Digital Asset Management, CRM, Promotional Review, and Digital Marketing.
- Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, and demos with the business.
- Proven experience with SDLC Compliance documentation, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
- Agile experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and/or MedComms.
