Must Haves: RN license 1 years of experience in the ER BLS through American Heart Association required upon hire ACLS through American Heart Association within 6 months Job Description: Ardent Health Services is seeking registered nurses to join their ER team full-time at the Seton Medical Center Harker Heights. This person will be responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary and communicating changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Shits available: (1) night shift: 7:00pm-7:00am (2) day shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm PLEASE NOTE: This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 1 years of experience & a $12,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 5 years of experience; both requiring a 2-year commitment.
