What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Crew Chief position at Insight Global?
Job Description:
An employer in the middle TN area is looking for a Survey Crew Chief who will be in the field mapping existing features on different site, linear, water line, sewer, transportation, and sidewalk projects. They will be responsible for corridor surveying, boundary surveying, topographic surveying, and as-built surveying. They will be collecting data using GPS equipment, taking measurements on utility pipes and elevations and recording the existing data in the field.
Requirements:
- At minimum 2-5 years of surveying experience
- At least 2 years’ experience working on a crew
- Familiar with Base and Rover GPS setup
- Familiar with Robotic Total Stations
- Read and Understand Utility Maps, Calc Sheets, Worksheets, etc.
- Driver's License

Salary : $60,000 - $72,800
