Job Title: TA Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225
Onsite schedule: 5 days onsite to start, then T/W in office
Duration: 6 month contract
Targeted Pay: $30/hr - $50/hr (based on experience, education, certifications, etc.)
Must-Haves:
- Experience working on or with an RPO.
- Workday Recruit Experience.
- Experience overseeing the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding for both permanent and contingent labor.
- Experience in change management projects or process improvement work.
Plusses:
- Six Sigma - Lean experience
- Strong external recruitment knowledge & network
Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisitions specialist to join one of our large manufacturing and defense clients. This individual will establish best-in-class TA Operational processes across a full spectrum of talent provision – Early, Mid, and Contingent hiring. Responsibilities include vendor/supplier management, continuous improvement, tech enablement, and process redesign. Managing TA Operations and Change for an assigned region, this person will represent local business needs, proposing and implementing change within the parameters of local labor law, alignment to TA strategy, and global consistency where achievable.
Salary : $30 - $50
