Insight Global is seeking a Talent Support Specialist to join a team of four at a large oil and gas company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for managing the staffing workflow, including the initiation, coordination, and communication of pre-employment processes while ensuring timely and accurate completion of multiple case files. Duties include utilizing Workday and PeopleSoft systems for offer letters, onboarding, and new hire data accuracy; conducting pre-employment screenings, including background checks and medical / drug testing; and maintaining compliance with company policies. The position also involves developing staffing tools in SharePoint, delivering customer-focused HR support, and identifying process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency. Skills and Requirements
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
Previous experience in Human Resources or onboarding Experience working in Workday for onboarding or HR related activities
Bachelor's degree
