Job Description
This person will be joining the IT Shipboard team and will be overseeing the IT Products related to Gaming Technology and Casino initiatives. This person should have the technical experience supporting various IT products and overseeing teams of POs in the delivery of the products within Casino Operations and Gaming with knowledge and extensive track record in leading teams in the delivery of technology products. This person will lead team members, in close collaboration with business stakeholders to define the vision for Casino Operations. In addition, this leader and her / his teams will be accountable for the successful launch of their products from ideation through implementation, as well as ongoing level 3 support and product optimization.

Skills and Requirements
5 years of experience within a product related role, 2 years of management experience
Experience with product support across Gaming technology / Casino
Experience with casino floor operations, casino analytics, and marketing initiatives
Experience with product road map development, sprint planning, conducting stand up meetings, communicating with stakeholders
Experience collaborating across IT workstreams, and leading communication efforts null
