What are the responsibilities and job description for the TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER position at Insight Global?
Our client is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their team in DTC. The Product and Technology team develops and operates top-tier mobile, internet, TV, and WiFi services. We are looking for someone to lead programs that enhance product quality and customer experience, working closely with Engineering teams to address technical challenges. This person is expected to lead and manage technical programs within the WiFi Product Operations team, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program success. On top of that, they will be overseeing WiFi hardware and software issue resolution and monitoring KPIs to report on program effectiveness. We expect this person promote continuous improvement and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. This role is able to pay $60 / h.

Experience in an Azure environment
Bachelors degree in a related field; Masters preferred
7 years in Program Management
3 years in the WiFi (specifically 802.11 standards (WiFi), including protocols such as 802.11a / b / g / n / ac / ax)
Demonstrated expertise in WiFi technology and its application in telecommunications environments
Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks.
