Technical Project Manager, Bentonville AR
Pay Rate: $45-$55hr
Job Summary: Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a TPM to join our client on an exciting project. One of the largest retail e-commerce companies is looking for a Staff TPM to join their supply chain team in Bentonville, AR. You will be supporting the OMS - Order Management System with converting it from a mainframe legacy system to a cloud system. The OMS is used to purchase orders and goods from suppliers internally and holds all active order details. The goal of this project is to modernize their legacy system to make it more efficient.

- Technical understanding of system design and comprehension
Job Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end technical programs within the supply chain domain, including demand forecasting, inventory management, order fulfillment, and last mile delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design and implement scalable supply chain solutions. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with on-the-ground processes.
- Strategic Impact: Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of programs. Drive innovation in supply chain systems by incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and IoT.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate program status, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support program success.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Contribute to building best practices in program management, technical architecture reviews, and agile processes.
