Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr.
Hybrid role out of Colorado Springs, CO or Plymouth, MN (3 days in office)
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience doing technical writing in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry (any FDA regulated industry)
- Associate’s degree Familiarity with corporate, regulatory, and global labeling guidelines (ISO, PAL, etc.)
- Experience with MadCap Flare, Author It, Maps XD, Author It, Adobe FrameMaker, or Tridian Docs Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Foreign language skills
- Bachelor’s degree
Job Description

- Ensure all labeling meets regulatory, corporate, and production specifications on time
- Perform manual and automated proofreading for accuracy, regulation adherence, clarity, and brand consistency
- Check vendor proofs against approved documents for accuracy
