Job Description
An employer is looking for a Sr. Test Lead for one of our top Utility clients in the Nation. This Senior Test Lead will be accountable for leading Testers working on Operational Software Implementation projects. In this role you will work closely with various business units and vendors in building out test cases based on requirements. This will be a role that is responsible for managing the execution of testing and strategy focused vs. hands on test, but we are looking for someone who understands the systems and is comfortable "getting in the weeds" if need be, when it comes to building test cases, integration testing, UAT, etc. This person will also be responsible for keeping track of all task data / task management and ensuring progress is being made based on timeline. You will be running daily stand ups for UAT as well. We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing 1-2 projects at any given time.

Skills and Requirements
6 year of experience with proven ability operating in a Test Lead role
Previous experience managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle and keeping everyone organized to ensure efficient testing execution
Experience building out test environments and QA process development, structured test planning, and creating detailed test cases
Software testing done in a Software Delivery and Application Delivery environment
Experience in coordinating testing in large multi-platform environments involving complex integrations
Running daily stand-ups for UAT and Jira test cases
Experience working within a waterfall environment and agile
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others across the organization null
