**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Timekeeping Solutions Expert to join our team at Insight Global.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in product design and user experience, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. They will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user business process experiences for timekeeping and scheduling applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly interfaces for timekeeping and scheduling applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or Technical Business Analyst
- Experience in a Manufacturing or Automotive environment
- Functional experience with Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave Management, Employee Scheduling, Attendance Management, and Labor Forecasting systems (WorkForce Software or Kronos)
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Looker, Qliksense, or similar
- Integration Skills: Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP), ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data mapping
