- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Valid Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8-10 years of experience in roadway design, specifically in Texas.
- TxDOT Precertification in Roadway Design.
- Proficiency in Microstation, Geopak, and OpenRoads 3D.
- Knowledge of Texas county and city roadway design standards.
- Strong technical background with the ability to perform design work and sign / seal plans.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Ability to manage and update project schedules using Primavera.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with TxDOT and County / City projects, preferably in local cities in Austin

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Engineer to join our team. This role requires a hands-on professional with extensive experience in roadway design and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will lead projects, sign and seal drawings, and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
County roads and TxDOT FM state highway roads.
County engineer work could be a good fit, especially in Central Texas, Houston (Harris County), San Antonio, and the Golden Triangle.
