This candidate will be serving as a project manager within the engineering department supporting VDOT projects. They will be supporting roadway projects where they will be expected to coordinate with consultants and contractors, ensuring correct materials are ordered and delivered, track project budgets, as well as putting bid packages together. The target salary ranges between $90,000 and $110,000.Day-to-day : Project management, some in-house design with smaller projects. Working with consultants, putting bid packages together, managing construction from start to finish. They need some project management experience to oversee consultants and contractors, track materials and budget, while ensuring projects are on schedule for completion. There will be a mixture of onsite and office work.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service.
