What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ts/Sci AIR Domain Conops SME position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is seeking an Air Domain CONOPS SME to support a federal client in Suffolk, VA. The Air Domain CONOPS SME will serve as an on-site SME providing air domain expertise in support of the development of strategic and operational level concepts and CONOPS for the Joint Force of the future. The Air Domain CONOPS SME responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Serve on a broad multi-disciplinary team of operational military SMEs and operations research analysts conducting future Joint Force CONOPS research and development
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging operational requirements and capabilities of the Combatant Commands, Services, the Joint Staff and other warfighting commands, as well as operational and tactical experience with air domain warfighting activities
- Develop US Joint Air Operations CONOPS and incorporate emerging warfighting concepts into a joint, all-domain environment approach
- Contribute expertise during the conduct of studies for senior-level military decision makers for use in CONOPS development and projected force structure design and targeted technology insertion.
- Lead small teams or tasks in support of the broader overall effort
- Travel in support of FCD priorities

SAMS or JAWS graduate preferred
Recent military experience as senior Air Force or Navy Aviator preferred
