identifying opportunities that will yield high margins (10% or higher) and align with the companys capabilities and objectives. They will work with the business units to understand their capabilities and leverage them to shape and create new opportunities or markets. In addition, they will continuously monitor the market and competitors to develop and position the companys strengths and competencies to provide leadership, management, and oversight for capture activities. This person should be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with BD teams in the business units to ensure close cooperation on opportunities and customer engagements. They will initiate and coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices.
225K to $240K per year annual salary.

P&L or military acquisition program or product management experience (understanding the process, structure, and framework of how the USG makes acquisition decisions for products and services).
Active TSSCI
10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant progressive experience.
Previous experience and / or current relationships within DoD and / or CCMD.
Experience with the successful execution of all phases of a large, multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, shaping, competitive analysis, teaming, proposal development, and transition to execution.
Have a portfolio of wins or depth in pulling opportunities from a concept to a contract within the DOD or Fed / Civ Space while driving margin growth
Salary : $225,000 - $240,000
