Insight Global is looking for a Utility Substation Construction Manager for a substation project located in Fredericksburg, VA. The Utility Substation Construction Foreman is responsible for the direction, guidance, safety health and welfare, of all site staff including documentation and execution of the day-to-day field operational needs of the individual project. The Foreman assists the Superintendent in managing the day-to-day crews and sub-contractors. The Foreman ensures safe working conditions, everyone is trained and understands all hazards of each job site, and what is taking place with respect to productivity. This position offers a career progression to Superintendent for the Foreman who successfully demonstrates job knowledge, written & oral communication skills, and servant leadership capabilities.
