You will plan, execute and report out on research for a variety of touchpoints : website, mobile, and native apps. This researcher should be able to collect and analyze data to uncover user behaviors, needs and motivations to drive actionable insights for digital experiences and the product design process. You will :
Work closely with either a senior or lead researcher to support cross-functional product and design teams. Evaluate in-progress design artifacts, develop and execute research programs to effectively meet the bank’s business and design objectives.
Conduct a variety of qualitative and quantitative research activities to provide a comprehensive understanding of the digital experience. This includes both evaluative and generative toolsets.
Partner collaboratively with designers and stakeholders to understand research needs.
Produce solid deliverables across the research workflow, including : research briefs, screeners, test plans, quantitative and qualitative analysis, heuristic reviews, & reports.
Communicate and share your work in a clear, organized and actionable manner, generating visual artifacts that make the research process and your findings digestible, impactful and easily understood.
You’ll be better prepared if you have (desired skills but not required)
Experience collaborating through Sketch, InVision, and other common design tools to facilitate testing
Experience with analytics and quantitative analysis of VOC utilizing sources such as App Store ratings, Medallia, Clicktale / Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, etc.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and design systems
