Veeva Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

A large Life Sciences technology client is seeking a Veeva Techno-Functional Analyst to join their team in Hanover/Morristown, NJ. The Techno-Functional Analyst will be responsible for managing both the technical and functional aspects of Veeva Vault systems integration. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business analysis skills, and project management capabilities to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Veeva Vault applications. Key responsibilities include leading the configuration and integration of Veeva Vault applications such as PromoMats, Network, MedComms, Align, MyInsights Studio, and Key Account Management (KAM). The role involves designing scalable and efficient technical solutions leveraging Veeva and Salesforce platform capabilities, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions. The Techno-Functional Analyst will drive innovation and optimize business processes through effective use of Veeva Vault systems, provide Veeva subject matter expertise and technical direction for major projects and programs, and collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Additionally, the role requires engaging with key business stakeholders to define and implement the project vision, addressing complex business requirements, proposing effective solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Extensive experience with Veeva Vault applications - PromoMats, MedComms, Align, etc. - Strong experience configuring Veeva Vault systems

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Life Sciences industry experience

Compensation:

$55- $60/ hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
