We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Coordinator to manage and oversee workers' compensation claims within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that employees who are injured or become ill on the job receive appropriate medical care and financial compensation. This role involves collaborating with employees, management, insurance providers, and legal experts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Job Summary:
- Manage workers' compensation claims from initiation to resolution, including reporting, investigating, and tracking claims.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding workers' compensation issues, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with HR, supervisors, and injured employees to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Liaise with insurance providers, legal professionals, and healthcare providers to facilitate the timely processing of claims and effective communication between all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments, evaluations, and treatments for injured employees as necessary.
- Monitor the progress of injured employees' recovery and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, including HR, supervisors, and insurance providers.
- Assist in developing and implementing safety programs and initiatives to prevent workplace injuries and promote a culture of safety.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of workers' compensation claims data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-2 years of experience in workers' compensation coordination or a similar role.
-In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws related to workers' compensation.

Compensation:
