ILM Freight is looking to grow its existing business by hiring motivated, self-starters with the ability to communicate over the phone and in person. With offices in Little Rock and Conway, qualified candidates will possess some if not all of the following:
- High School diploma or higher
- Strong work ethic who is self-motivated
- Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively over various methods; Email, Phone, In-person.
- Salary plus commission (No Cap)
- PTO and Vacation

Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers to secure freight opportunities
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize logistics software to optimize routing and maximize efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Experience
- Proven experience in logistics sales, operations or account management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and freight industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
