Job Summary :
Under general supervision, performs a wide range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support functions in Finance and Human Resources organization.

Finance
- Sort, code, and process incoming supplier invoices into various systems, worksheets and reports.
- Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
- Prepare payments for approval.
- Code, enter and post payments and disbursements.
- Processes computer generated and manual checks.
- Maintain supplier and customer files.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices.
- Preparation of banking deposit slips; code and enter cash receipts.
- Make entries to General Ledger and perform associated reconciliations.
