The Enrollment Manager supports school operations by overseeing the student enrollment and student withdrawal processes, as well as course placements for newly enrolling students.
This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40 hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 8-4 or as defined by the school.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Essential Functions

- Supervises and monitors daily work assignments of the Enrollment Specialists, Withdraw Specialists, and temporary Enrollment staff
- Prepares mass data imports for new students as necessary
- Serves as primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders as it relates to student enrollment and withdraw
- Creates and amends school enrollment, withdrawal, and transfer processes and documents to conform to state laws and school preferences
- Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure students in special programs (ex: Special Education, McKinney-Vento, English Learner, etc.) are appropriately supported through the enrollment, course placement, and withdrawal processes
- Develops, regularly reviews, and updates when necessary enrollment, withdrawal, and course placement processes and procedures
- Collaborates with the Communications Team to schedule, plan, and attend community events to share information with perspective families about Insight PA
- Collaborates with the Communications Team to promote Insight PA, help maintain and increase student enrollment, and support marketing and engagement efforts
- Monitors and tracks student progress through the enrollment and withdrawal processes
- Ensures that all Enrollment team members and Enrollment Team processes comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and any other federal regulations related to student enrollment, withdrawal, and placement
- Ensures state compliance guidelines are met for incoming enrollments by completing periodic and regular internal reviews and audits
- Collaborates with the Educational Systems Team to ensure accurate setup of the school’s enrollment portal
- Oversees the yearly enrollment confirmation process
- Collaborates with the Records Manager, School Nurses, Academics, Strong Start, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that new students have a seamless transition from the enrollment process through the records collection and student onboarding processes
- Develops employee schedules to ensure coverage during peak enrollment periods
- Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises up to ten full-time equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or temporary staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Associate degree AND
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
- Experience working in a public school environment
Minimum Required Skill Set
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.); Web proficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple online systems and databases
- Experience successfully using search engines (internet) for research projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- All clearances and background checks as required to work in a Pennsylvania public school

- This is a flexible position with opportunities for in-office or remote work options. The noise level in the office is usually moderate (computers, printers, light foot traffic).
- This position will include limited travel and will include limited overnight travel. This is estimated to be less than 15-25% of the time. This position will include some travel. Travel, including overnight travel, will be required for community engagement events, professional development, and state testing.
