Pest Control Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable individuals to serve as a Pest Control Technician.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest problems for residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments and weather.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Apply pest control products safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Provide clients with recommendations for pest prevention and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up visits.
• Drive to multiple job sites efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and route completion.

Experience

• Previous experience in pest control is not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with sales techniques to effectively communicate service offerings to clients is a plus.
• Experience in customer service can be beneficial.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
