If you have experience and a license with General pest and or Mosquito work, we want to hear from you. We offer a comprehensive training program, including classroom and field training. A strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills are essential for success. Focused on the organization’s sustainability goal by selling new services, re-selling existing clientele, and influencing customer attrition and growth through Inspections, Estimates, New Sales, and Service.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate service details.
- Outdoor work, lifting at least 50lbs, crawling/kneeling, and fitting in tight spaces.
- Applying pesticide treatments to residential properties
- Data entry & documentation into mobile devices for services performed (ipad provided)
- Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season.
- Must pass the Maine State Pesticide Exam
- Must be 21 years old
- Clean Driving record
- Must pass background check
ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES:
- $5 bonus per customer 5 star review
- $2000 sign-on bonus at the end of summer
- 20% Commissions earned on sales.
- Five (5) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) after 180 days of employment
