Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Practice Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and enhancing the patient experience. The Practice Coordinator will handle a range of administrative duties, coordinate patient care, and assist our psychologists in networking and building community connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, patient check-ins, and maintaining accurate records
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and facilitating communication between patients and providers
- Assist psychologists with networking efforts and building relationships with community collaterals
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory and function
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed
- Support the practice's marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times
Tools and Culture:
- Utilize streamlined and innovative work management software to coordinate and manage tasks efficiently
- Employ a streamlined Electronic Health Record system called Simple Practice, known for its effectiveness and efficiency in managing patient records and streamlining administrative tasks

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong background in business and patient service coordination experience preferred
- Previous experience in a medical or psychological office setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Proficiency in office software and practice management systems
- Experience managing the practice's social media platforms
