A fast-growing, industry-leading Fintech company is seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to driverevenue growth and unify its Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams. This is a high-impact, newly created role designed to align the organization, optimize KPIs, and execute a strategic vision for expansion.
The CRO will be responsible for revenue generation, managing a team, and driving success through consulting,analytics, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performingsales organizations, scaling revenue, and managing buyer relationships in payments / acquiring.
This role requires a strategic and visionary leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The rightcandidate must be able to create, execute, and refine revenue strategies while fostering a culture of collaboration,accountability, and innovation.
Salary : $175k-$250k base bonus potential of up to $250k based on performance lucrative equity potential (seven figure exit opportunity).

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy across Marketing,Sales, and Client Success to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
Team Development : Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture ofcollaboration and accountability.
KPI & Pipeline Management : Implement and optimize data-driven strategies for KPI tracking, sales pipelineperformance, and market penetration.
Client Relationships & Business Development : Strengthen existing client relationships while proactivelyidentifying and securing new business opportunities.
Product & Brand Marketing : Oversee brand and product positioning to drive revenue expansion and enhancemarket presence.
Cross-Functional Alignment : Partner with executive leadership to align revenue strategies with broaderbusiness objectives.
Consulting & Analytics Sales : Leverage data-driven insights to enhance consulting offerings and create innovative solutions that drive value for clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven Leadership : At least 20 years of experience leading high-performing sales organizations with atrack record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
Industry Expertise : Deep expertise in payments / acquiring (merchant acceptance side) and experienceselling consulting, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
Strategic Thinker : Strong ability to analyze market trends, develop data-driven revenue strategies, and executeat scale.
Big-Name Credibility : Experience at a recognized industry leader, bringing industry influence and credibility.
Cross-Company Experience : Experience working in both large and small companies, understanding how toscale and adapt revenue strategies accordingly.
