What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of autonomy algorithms for advanced robotic platforms.
- Architect and implement software solutions, guiding a small team of engineers.
- Drive system integration, testing, and validation in real-world environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, to execute technical strategies.
- Utilize C , Java, and Python
- Work with ROS, embedded systems, and UAS protocols to build cutting-edge autonomy solutions.
What You Bring
✅ 10 years in robotics, autonomy, or AI-driven systems.
✅ Strong background in software engineering, system design, and algorithm development.
✅ Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
✅ Hands-on field testing experience - ensuring solutions perform in real-world conditions.
✅ Confidence to take ownership and drive projects forward without micromanagement.
✅ U.S. Citizenship (due to project requirements).
