Full Job Description
Insight Service Group "ISG" is a leading national investigative services firm specializing in cost containment and anti-fraud related services. We are currently seeking individuals for Part-Time and Full-Time SIU Investigator positions who are interested in a dynamic and rewarding work environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, team-oriented, and have good problem-solving skills. Under limited supervision, the ideal candidate conducts detailed investigations independently, with strong time management skills and excellent communication. Training available for the right candidate with transferable experience/skills. Flexible hours are preferred, to include early mornings, weekday, weekend, and evening hours, when necessary.
***THIS IS A FIELD INVESTIGATOR POSITION. TRAVEL IS REQUIRED***
Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
1. Obtaining both recorded and written statements
2. Document/Material retrieval
3. Procuring notarized affidavits
4. Performing Wellness Checks
5. Unannounced visits
6. Neighborhood and witness canvassing
7. Compiling detailed reports which include time-stamped photo and video
8. Scene recreation
Candidates must have the following:
- Insurance Experience, Worker's Compensation, Auto, Liability, or similar SIU experience.
- A reliable, insured vehicle, computer, and cell phone.
- A digital camera
- A digital voice recorder
- Be proficient in web-based systems, and ability to write detailed, accurate reports.
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ability to successfully complete casework independently with little supervision
***POSSESSION OF A CURRENT PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR LICENSE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED***
