What are the responsibilities and job description for the SIU Investigator position at Insight Service Group, ISG?
Insight Service Group "ISG" is a national investigative services firm specializing in cost containment and anti-fraud related services. We are currently seeking individuals for a Part-Time SIU Investigator / Licensed Adjuster / Claim Handler positions. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, have good problem-solving skills and be team oriented. Candidate must be able to work independently, have strong time management skills, and communication skills. Flexible hours are a must, to include early mornings, weekday, weekend, and evening hours.
Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
1. Scene recreation
2. Intersection light sequence
3. Obtaining both recorded and written statements
4. Document/Material retrieval
5. Procuring notarized affidavits
6. Performing Wellness Checks
7. Unannounced visits
8. Neighborhood and Witness canvassing.
9. Compiling reports which include time-stamped photo and video
Candidates must have the following:
- Insurance Experience, Worker's Compensation, Auto, Liability, or similar SIU experience.
- A reliable vehicle, computer, and cell phone.
- A digital camera
- A digital voice recorder
- Be proficient in web-based systems, and ability to write detailed reports.
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ability to successfully complete casework independently with little supervision
***Possess a Current Private Investigator or Private Investigator Provisional license.***
