Responsibilities
- Design and execute behavioral support interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
- Implement and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans and Positive Behavioral Supports.
- Train and guide support staff involved in ABA services.
- Collaborate with program staff and contribute as an integral member of the clinical team.
- Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- RBT credentials
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
