Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Household Personal Assistant to oversee the daytoday operations of our CEO s household and provide exceptional support to a busy family. This individual will ensure that the home runs smoothly assist with family logistics and travel with the family as needed. The ideal candidate is detailoriented proactive and experienced in managing both household and personal assistant responsibilities. Position is 75% supporting the CEO with personal professional and household tasks and 25% supporting the children. Part time to start full time available. MF 12pm6pm.
Key Responsibilities :
Household Organization & Maintenance :
Manage all aspects of household operations ensuring the home is clean organized and wellstocked.
Light housekeeping
Purchase pantry and personal / household items that need to be replenished
Coordinate and oversee vendors technicians and maintenance personnel for household repairs and services.
Order and arrange groceries keeping the pantry and fridge organized and stocked.
Ensure pantry and closets are well organized at all times
Sort and manage mail ensuring timely attention to important items.
Decorating and planning for holidays.
Family Support :
Handle laundry including washing ironing folding and organizing clothes.
Pick up and drop off dry cleaning.
Meal preparation ensuring healthy and balanced options for the family.
Run errands such as purchasing items for the children picking up gifts and ordering online presents.
Event planning such as children s birthday parties
ChildRelated Tasks :
Pick up and drop off the children (ages 4 and 7) for school and other activities.
Assist with feeding bath time and evening routines including daily homework and play / learning support after school.
Travel Coordination :
Arrange all family travel including booking flights accommodations and activities.
Accompany the family on trips as needed to provide support and coordination.
Vehicle Management :
Ensure all family vehicles are fully gassed clean and in excellent condition.
Schedule and oversee regular maintenance inspections and repairs.
Errands & Logistics :
Handle various personal and household errands including shopping and returns.
Coordinate schedules to ensure seamless family activities and events.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Household Manager Personal Assistant or similar role.
Ability to travel with the family domestically and internationally as required.
Valid driver s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving children.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Discretion professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency with technology including email online shopping and travel booking platforms.
Culinary skills are a plus for meal prep assistance.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid driver s license and a clean driving record.
Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
