This isn’t a dead-end support job. As a Client Success Coordinator, you’ll be trained in proprietary technology, build real relationships with clients, and contribute directly to our mission. What You’ll Do:

• Meet new clients, guiding them through onboarding, usage, engagement and growth

• Learn and use our proprietary assessment platform to manage client services, data and reporting

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with client contacts across the U.S.

• Proactively engage with clients to ensure they’re maximizing their Insight experience and getting results

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to solve challenges and deliver great service

• Track requests, manage project timelines, and ensure accurate documentation

• Share feedback and ideas to help improve both client experience and internal processes

What Sets You Apart:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related coursework is a plus

• 1 years of experience in client support, admin, or customer service preferred

• Friendly, clear communicator—someone who can build trust with clients and coworkers

• Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM software

• Highly organized and dependable with a sharp attention to detail

• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and a drive to learn and grow


What You’ll Get:

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $24.00, depending on experience

• Quarterly initiative bonuses

Where You’ll Work:

This position is based in our Salem, Oregon office, with an opportunity for hybrid work after training. You'll work with a team that supports organizations nationwide, giving you exposure to a variety of industries and business models.
