As an Account Executive, you'll acquire new clients and act as a trusted advisor for their technological needs. You will be building relationships over the phone, create solutions from a wide range of products, and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and other sales specialists to achieve sales objectives.

- This position starts July 7th, 2025, please ensure you are able to wait that long to start a new role.
- Formal interviews will start early May 2025.
- This is a remote opportunity.
- Starting base compensation is $42,500 $3,300 1st quarter guarantee (split into 3 payments of $1,100/month in the first 3 months) uncapped commissions, additional end of year bonus and full benefits/perks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target new clients, focusing on IT solutions and consulting.
- Manage your own book of business and drive the full sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within a territory.
- Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries.
- Engage IT specialists to develop long-term buying relationships.
- Work with Insight's partners to close business.
Requirements:
- 2-7 years of sales experience preferred.
- Strong interest in learning about IT.
- BA in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to overcome objections; cold calling experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and listening skills.
