Are you ready to join a dynamic team and take your sales career to new heights? Insight is on the hunt for an Account Executive to join our growing Enterprise & Corporate sales team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building new relationships with clients and partners alike, helping them to enable their business outcomes through leveraging Insight’s impressive portfolio of technology solutions, services and products. We're looking for a sales superstar who has existing client relationships, fantastic communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to bring some excitement to our Enterprise & Corporate sales team!

What You Will Do

  • Build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, identifying and opening new accounts (up to 30 prospects).
  • Achieve $1M in total sales bookings revenue within the first 12 months of account assignment.
  • Develop new books of business and foster solution sales opportunities to increase revenue, expand clients' purchasing spend, and uncover recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives, collaborating with experts to strategize account approach.
  • Develop foundational understanding of a specific Insight-focus industry vertical, facilitate client discussions, and manage sales pipeline reporting.
  • Research clients' Total Addressable Market (TAM) and develop strategies to capture IT spend.
  • Understand clients' business priorities, challenges, and translate them into solution opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy solutions pipeline, achieve bookings quota, and manage client feedback.
  • Manage a group of clients, identify and qualify potential customers, and build strong relationships.
  • Present and promote products/services, provide tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, collaborate with team members, and stay updated on industry trends.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of technical sales experience with a successful track record in selling technology products, services and solutions.
  • Grow sales revenue and profitability through introducing and leveraging existing client relationships at the Senior Manager level and above in client’s Technology function into Insight
  • Sales or Technical acumen in one of Insight’s Solution Lines: Devices; Infrastructure; Microsoft; Google; ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge of company products and services, professional training and certifications in sales, partner management, sales methodologies, marketing tactics, negotiation, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, knowledge in channel management and solution sales.
  • Creativity and aggressiveness in creating new client stakeholders including marketing efforts and in-office drop offs.
  • Experience in acquiring net new business, expanding existing account relationships, and handling reports, proposals, statements of work, and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.
