About the Job
The Help Desk Agent will provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and educating customers on how to use various computer applications. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Requirements
- Two-year Associate Degree (field related) or equivalent experience required
- A minimum of one-year helpdesk experience in a corporate environment, two years preferred
- A comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware/software concepts
