About the role
As an Logistics/Operations Supervisor, you will provide immediate supervision assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules for the operations and administration of technical service delivery. We will count on you to ensure onsite service personnel meet technical solution expectations for Insight's internal and external customers. Along the way, you will get to:
- Plan, supervise and coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area of Client Solutions
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the team whichincludes warehouse associates, forklift drivers, and material handlers
- Assist in the development of efficient business practices to be implemented by Service Delivery
- Responsible for driving operational responsibilities by constantly evaluating processes, procedures and systems.
- Supporting production of the labs by ensuring product is staged and available

What we're looking for
- One year related field service operations experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lead a team of personnelby providing leadership, assistance and advice
- Knowledge of SAP for the day-to-day management of resource management, time reporting and expense reporting
- Forklift expereince (Reach/Cherry-picker)preferred
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills required
