Summary:
The Manager, Integrated Solutions Delivery oversee the Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, and Environmental Cleaning departments, ensuring effective management of hourly solutions staff and maintaining compliance with established standards. This role encompasses all aspects of maintenance, engineering, and environmental services, including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, service orders, hazardous materials and waste management, as well as laundry and linen operations, to uphold a clean, safe, and compliant Environment of Care.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Plant Manager (CPM), Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP), Certified Environmental Services Executive (CESE), or equivalent. If not certified at the time of hiring, must be able to obtain within the first twelve (12) months of employment.
- At least 3-years’ experience—demonstrated experience within the healthcare Environment of Care.
- Working experience with healthcare regulatory compliance agencies.
- Thorough knowledge of maintenance programs and environmental services programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentation—working with company-established reporting formats.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities while maintaining organization in an evolving environment.
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
- Ability to use working knowledge of infection prevention and emergency management to meet and exceed established objectives.
- Knowledge and/or ability to work within a computerized maintenance management system.
- Must have skills with Microsoft Office products, project delivery software, and computerized maintenance management systems.

Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Monitor and report on assigned operational performance indicators, including metrics assigned directly by the organization or define within the contract.
- Perform safety audits and other Facilities Maintenance, Engineering Department, and Environmental Cleaning Department audits.
- Monitor adherence to the safety program.
- Manage requirements related to The Joint Commission and/or other accreditation agencies.
- Understands all policies and procedures associated with the Facilities Maintenance, Engineering and Environmental Cleaning Department and specific service offerings at the assigned site/location.
- Partner with organization-specific Environment of Care/Safety Committees, specifically Infection Control and Emergency Management (as required and as assigned).
- Seek and make recommendations related to opportunities for improvement.
- Keep organized records per the requirements of the contract.
- Prepare and manage assigned departmental budgets, including hourly labor budgets and other departmental supplies budgets.
- Works in conjunction with the Client’s Infection Prevention program and Emergency Management program.
- Monitor work performance and prepare/review performance evaluations for assigned staff.
- Orient new hourly solutions personnel, including performance of on-the-job training.
- Resolves complaints and disciplines employees (as required).
- Assign and monitor education and training of hourly solutions staff.
- Manage the corrective/demand maintenance program and preventative/scheduled maintenance program.
- Manage the predictive maintenance/reliability centered maintenance program (as required per the contract).
- Manage the laundry and linen program and hazardous materials and waste program (as required per the contract).
- May be responsible for some landscaping services (as applicable per the site/location).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
